I am an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, a real food advocate, certified Level 2 SOMA Breath® Coach, Method Putkisto Face Up trainee instructor and a student in neurocardiology and neuroplasticity.
I help women learn the importance of taking responsibility for their health and wellbeing, with good nutrition and stress management, with the help of breathwork and neuroplasticity. This way we can prevent and heal chronic symptoms - both physical and mental, have better health, feel strong and create a better life for ourselves and our family. When we change our own life, it has a great impact on our children and young people and this way we change our world.

I’ll help you understand the natural balance of your body and how to restore this balance, by eating real, nutritious food, reversing insulin resistance and supporting your gut microbiome. Nutrition is only one of the important parts in restoring the hormonal balance in the body in order to feel well. You also need to focus on managing your stress and make sure you sleep well - all done by following the natural cycles of life. Most importantly, you will learn how to rewire the brain to heal and feel better, overcome perfectionism, self-doubt, and unworthiness issues leading to many abundance blocks, illness, stress, and self-sabotaging patterns.
