I am an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, a real food advocate, and a student in neurocardiology and neuroplasticity.
My mission is to help people who want to heal their chronic symptoms - both physical and mental, have better health, feel strong and good about themselves. It is my passion and purpose in life, to help people transform - when we change ourselves, it has a great impact on our children and family and this way our world.
We already have the power to heal within us, but to be able to find this power, the first and most important step is to take responsibility for your own health and wellbeing, instead of giving this power away to others.

You also need to focus on managing your stress and make sure you sleep well - all done by following the natural cycles of life. Whatever your goals, it is important that you commit to them and to yourself. Start your day, every day, by setting the intention for the day in the morning.

All your habits, thoughts, whatever you do in your daily life, takes you towards something. Every day. It is good to stop and think about this. Do your daily habits increase your health and happiness, good mindset or physical health or strength. Which way do you want to go? You need to check your habits and thoughts are in line with your goals.
If we suffer with constant worry or stress, we snap at other people, or if we treat ourselves badly, eat crisps and stay on a sofa watching Netflix, then does this take us towards the life we want?
We need to set good healthy goals to ourselves, long term goals and keep these in our mind every day of our lives.
What I have found, is that the most important thing for us to do, is to learn to love ourselves, look after ourselves and treat ourselves well. The choices you make each and every day, should be in line with this: what is good for us, what feels good, improves our mood and health. Short term very restrictive diets or too heavy exercise is not in line with this, nor is sedentary lifestyle or overeating.
Our mind and body are always connected, always. If you feel upset, anxious, no medication works unless you also focus on how to look after yourselves. The food you put into your body either gives it energy and nourishes it, or adds the pressure, inflammation and robs you off your energy. It is your choice what you put into your body every day.
Exercise is important also. Our body is meant to move, every day. I am never talking about heavy exercise, punishing yourself, torture your body. NEVER. Exercise is something that makes you feel good. Of course, your need to challenge yourself a little, go out of your comfort zone to start with. But exercising, active lifestyle is an important goal.
When we look after the most important person in our lives - ourselves, our mind and body, with good sleep, rest and nourishing food, we can be better people to others in our lives too. We can let our light, our soul shine.
My aim/goal is to help people find themselves like this, share all this that I love and what helps me relax, move, love myself and nourish my body and mind. No single diet or exercise routine is going to change our lives, it is all areas that we need to focus on, with love and gentle ways towards ourselves. And most importantly; no medicine or doctor can do this, you have to change!
Never compare yourself to others. This is your life and journey. Focus on feeling good.

RewirE your brain to feel better and change your life
Learn the basics of neuroplasticity and how your mind affects everything in your life.
Your mind is incredibly powerful also when it comes to your health and wellbeing as well as everything else in your life. Learning more about neuroplasticity can help you let go of your chronic challenges and move towards vibrant well-being. You already know how to feel good or heal, it's just a matter of training and practice.
This course will teach you how to rewire your brain, to see yourself free of your challenges in life, whatever they are. In addition to reducing your challenges or symptoms, this course will help you reduce chronic stress very effectively, and improve your gut microbiome. The idea is to train your brain to think differently or focus on things that help you feel better. This builds new synaptic connections and you learn a different way of thinking which stops the circle of negative harmful thoughts and feelings that don’t help you.
By rewiring the brain, you will be able to stop the circle of negative thoughts and feelings around any issues you find challenging. When we learn to look at these issues from a different perspective, we will find ways to overcome them. We can learn to see ourselves as a healthy person, for example, instead of seeing ourselves through our challenges or diagnosis. This is very important for our healing.

Balancing your hormones
In this course, we’ll discuss our hormonal balance. There is a separate course about insulin resistance, and extremely important knowledge if you suffer from metabolic issues.
In this course we’ll go through many other, well known hormones and neurotransmitters. These are:
leptin
dopamine
serotonin
oxytocin
melatonin
How do all these hormones affect our wellbeing, our weight, sleep, mood and mental health. We will discuss the importance of supporting your hormonal balance by optimising the function of these hormones, whatever age you are. You will learn about some main issues that could cause problems, such as poor diet, sleep problems, lack of sunlight, too much blue light (phones and computer screens) and chronic stress.
